Service Event:"Food Drive" Bring: peanut butter and/or jelly for Betty’s Blue Angels!
 Check In:

8:30 AM if not pre-registered. 8:45 AM, if pre-registered. Service Learning Showcase open. Conference starts promptly at 9:15 AM and ends at 3:45 PM

 Supplies: All delegates should wear casual clothing and bring a pen or pencil and paper.
 Food:A morning breakfast snack will be available until 9:15 AM. Lunch is provided from 12:00 noon until 1:00 PM.

Registration Cost:

$10.00 per participant, which includes the Conference and Food if received by Jan. 29th.

$20.00 per participant, for registrations received between Jan. 29th & Feb. 12th

$30.00 per participant after February 12th.

Please note: No refunds will be given after Feb. 12th, however, substitutions are allowed.

An individual will be considered registered when the 4-H Office has received
payment, medical release & registration form. 
 
1. Payment with checks payable to “Humboldt County 4-H.”
  
2. A completed Medical Release Form for each youth and adult participant.
      Parent or guardian signatures are required on youth forms.
  
3. A completed Registration Form from each participant.
