| Check in: 9:00 AM, Founders Hall. The conference will end at 3:30 PM. |
| Supplies: All delegates should wear casual clothing and bring a pen or pencil and paper. |
| Food: Lunch is provided at the conference. A morning breakfast snack will also be furnished. |
Cost: $ 10.00 per participant, which includes the Conference and Food if done by February 29. $15.00 per participant, for registrations done between March 1 and March 7. $20.00 per participant if paid at the door.

An individual will be considered registered when the 4-H Office has received the following: 1. Payment per participant. Checks payable to “Humboldt County 4-H.” 2. A completed Medical Release Form for each youth and adult participant. Parent or Guardian signatures are required on youth forms. 3. A completed Registration Form from each participant.
